Cafè Collective Nektork Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 12, 2019

With the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the E.U. in May of 2018, even "insignificant" websites like fanlistings need to have a privacy policy, so here I explain what I collect when you join my fanlistings.

First of all, this privacy policy is directed to all my fanlistings, that means each subdomain I own, listed under Owned Fanlistings.

When you join any fanlisting from, you are required to provide the following information:

  • your first name (no last name is required) or nickname
  • an email address (which you can choose to hide from public view)
  • your country

You can also submit additional information, such as your website URL and other additional details but filling out these additional fields is always completely voluntary, you can leave them blank and you are still listed on the fanlisting.

The purpose of this data collection is only to display a list of people who are fans of a certain subject and from where they are from. This data will be displayed publicly on the list, with the exception of your e-mail address, which, as stated, you can choose to hide from public view.

I do not share your email address or other personal information with any third parties with the exception of if ownership of the fanlisting is transfered to another person (as commonly known as "adopting out the fanlisting"), in which case they would receive the database file in order to upload the fanlisting to another location. I will not use the email address to contact you in any way.

The main purpose of requiring an email address from anyone who joins is that it allows members to set and change a password so they can edit their information or to reset a lost password.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us:

  • By email: fl (at) eiencafe (dot) com
  • By visiting this page on our website

If you want to delete yourself from any fanlisting, please do from the appropriate page ("Delete") on each fanlisting, or contact me via email telling me a list of the fanlistings you have joined.
